How do I obtain a copy of my transcripts?

Former Students/Alumni

Transcripts are sent upon request to schools, employers, agencies, etc. Official transcripts are not released directly to the student or parent.

Former students must request transcripts through Parchment to order and send transcripts and other credentials securely. Click the image to be taken directly to Parchment. This link will open a new window.

Current Students

All transcripts for Seniors applying to a College, University, Tech School will make their transcript request through Xello. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

Current freshman, sophomore and junior students requesting official transcripts are required to have a completed Transcript and/or Test Score(s) Parent Release For Current High School Students form (which requires a parent signature) on file. Please click on the link to the form, print and sign, and return to chart@cedarburg.k12.wi.us. Parents of rising seniors will sign off on an electronic version of this form provided in August with the senior registration materials.
